10 Full-Version PC Games That You Can Download For FREE

CNET Reviews recently listed 10 games you can play for free. Each game listed "is a complete game--there's not a demo, an expansion pack, or a browser-based Flash game among them." Beside some titles that I have already downloaded for free, such as GTA, GTAII and Return to Castle Wolfenstein, there are quite a few others that I've, frankly say, never heard of. "So what's the catch? Many of these titles are old (some are downright ancient), some lack a single-player component, and others are notoriously buggy--but hey, what did you expect for free?" 10 Car-Care Tips That Save Gas

I happened to read tips article while I was shopping for my first home mortgage. Besides some common senses like filling up with a lower-octane gas and pumping up the tires, there are quite a few interesting points that worth your reading: Did you pay extra attension to secure your gas cap in order to prevent the gas from minor evaporation? Did you shop for the "most suitable" engine oil instead of the "most economical" one? While the gas price keeps skyrocketing madly, every gas saving measure deserves your serious study. Better still, the above web site also gives useful money-saving tips in various aspects such as mortgage, saving account, credit cards and insurance. Highly recommended!

Missed the First Chance of Becoming a Millionare

I am delighted to learn that one of the biggest search engines in China, baidu.com, went public at Nasdaq last Friday, Aug 5 2005. Its stock price is about 127 USD now (press news). I somehow feel a little pity for not accepting their offer with 10k stock option in last year. Should I decided to join Baidu at that time, I could be a millionare some day :D Anyway life is always dynamic and there is yet a long way to go in my career path. While I missed this first chance of becoming a millionare, I believe with my profession and continuous self-improvement, I could have a more insightful and foreseeable view of the market and won't let another chance to slip way.

As said, to encourage myself ;)
