Half of American Business PCs Can't Run Vista

A recent report at Channel Insider shows that nearly half of the average business PCs in North America are unable to meet the minimum requirements for Microsoft's Windows Vista operating system, while 94 percent do not meet the system requirements for Vista Premium. While this may be surprising to some and understood as "Microsoft's Shame" to others, I consider it a great opportunity to hardware manufactures in light of another huge wave of computer hardware upgrades, just like old days when Microsoft 2000 and XP were freshly released. And what it could mean to us, personal computer consumers? Probably another big round of price cut-down on marginal hardware and hence big steals if you don't care much about Vista compatibility!
